In some aspects yes, the drivers usualy are pushing all the time but it just doesnt get the same coverage as the F1, you can get live timings and things on the red button for F1 but only an hour of highlights on dave for the WRC. I also think that F1 is too much dependant on the stratrgy rather than the actual racing
