Nascar have a RacevVew feature on nascar.com that allows you to view any car from several angles during a live race using Java 3D game technology. There is a large subscription base using this feature. It would be excellent if realtimerace could be used for this as it would give much better video resolution and allow you to take part in the race in real time.
Are you persuing this ?

Must say i just try out the demo. For this to go into nascar they way the demo is now .. it would be a hard sell. If it was me i would look at iracing.com and maybe model the cars and tracks in the same way like them and just add a gps tracking system for the ai cars to follow. Doing the system the way it is now .. i would say 90 % of the nascar fans would say no to the system they way it is now.
