Im unsure what langauge this is programmed in, but if its C++, an xbox 360 port maybe easier than you think.
XNA could provide an easy way to deploy on to the 360 without worrying about expensive licensing, etc.

When installing the demo it also brought with it the Visual C++ redistributable, so I'd take a good guess that it was developed in that language, yeah.
