I can confirm this bug I too just got 1.39 xxx on lap time, my personal lap time area on account shows 1.39 but the leaderboard doesnt in fact I have disappeared from it entirely :) .

Edit - Just put myself back on the board at 1.41.xxx and on my personal score on account page it also now says 1.41.xxx   Can you make it so it saves the fastest time scored in a seperate box on that same page that only updates if the time is faster for that track. And also keep it so it shows your last time scored and maybe an average time over say you're last 5 or 10 races ?  Gamers are mostly quite competitive and love to analyse stats on their performance so the more of that kind of stuff you can give them, the more they like it.

Edit - Just hit 1.39.353 again and disappeared off the leaderboard again though it shows on my account page as 1.39.353 so its replicatable if thats even a word.
