Hi - I downloaded and installed the software with no probs. Entered the user name and password I'd set up on the main site but got the above error. Any suggestions?

I am getting this error as well - can do nothing more than stare at the login screen. Please let me know when it's fixed :)

Same error here using Windows 7 x64
Tried using compatibility settings (XP and Vista) and it crashed :(:
